Tom-on 8245187356 Slighly changed everything :) 
- Makefile changes
- Linker script updates
- Made it comply with C17
- Removed entry.asm (finally)

Tom-on 7826b9b7d4 Include file restructure! 
- include/ now has subdirs
- standard C headers will be in 'include/c'. Any program can include these
- all other header shall only be used by the kernel
