Disable generic names but still use a generic name for mousepad in favorites section

For this we:
* add a duplicate desktop entry for mousepad that uses "Text Editor" as
name and which is referenced as a favorite
* disable the generic name

Set environment variables in /etc/X11/Xsession.d/90kali-themes too
...
The files in /etc/environment.d are only used by systemd and XFCE is not
using systemd to start its session.
