daf7011c01 Disable generic names but still use a generic name for mousepad in favorites section 
For this we:
* add a duplicate desktop entry for mousepad that uses "Text Editor" as
  name and which is referenced as a favorite
* disable the generic name

addc0c611c Put back debian-sensible-browser as default browser 
Because on armel we don't have firefox and debian-sensible-browser
should already pick the best available browser.

7ea3a3a0fb Use firefox as default web browser for exo-open --launch WebBrowser 
For some reason, firefox-esr is not a value accepted by exo-utils. However
firefox is.
