Add: hide-cursor-when-typing

Hide the cursor when start typing, and restore it when start moving
cursor again, just like xbanish.

Hide the mouse cursor when you start typing, and restore it again when the
mouse cursor moves or a mouse button is pressed, just like
[xbanish](https://github.com/jcs/xbanish).
