Reinstate naturalscrolltrackpad patch from user @neuromagus

@neuromagus has noted his 2026-09-02 comment on issue #530 his consent
to the license structure described in issue #530. Accordingly, his
naturalscrolltrackpad patch is being re-instated.

+Set natural scrolling only for trackpads. Without this patch, setting
