### Description
Some windows (wine) games go black screen after losing focus and never recover https://github.com/swaywm/sway/issues/4324. This patch fixes this by handling minimize requests that some xwayland clients do. Also this patch fixes https://codeberg.org/dwl/dwl/issues/573.
