refocus after unsetting fullscreen in mapnotify()

Since a6e2c15 focustop() prefers fullscreen clients, so the
focusclient(focustop(selmon)) in setmon() focuses the fullscreen client
before mapnotify() unsets its fullscreen state, and focus never moves to
the new client.
