Raphaël Hertzog 6441885d14 Use kali-wallpapers-2020.4 to store the new wallpapers 
Keep the "default" symlink for XFCE in the kali-themes-common package.
We need to embed the version in the package name if we want the old
wallpapers to coexist with the new ones on user's systems to avoid
breaking their non-default backgrounds.

Raphaël Hertzog 305d5422e4 Use a new default path for XFCE background 
Hopefully this one will never change. It means we have the same image
twice but I prefer this over not having any background image at all when
we drop the old background.

Raphaël Hertzog 65bca1ea34 Use alternatives pointing to "kali-theme" and not "active-theme" 
The path with "active-theme" are already "managed" by desktop-base
and we don't want an install+removal of desktop-base to mess with the
alternatives that we have setup in kali-desktop-base.

Restore the removal code for alternatives that were voluntarily shared
with desktop-base.

Raphaël Hertzog bd1407d1f5 Point default XFCE wallpaper to a new directory dedicated to 16x9 wallpapers 
That way when the user wants to change the default wallpaper, they only
see a single file for each wallpaper instead of being overwhelmed by the
alternative ratio.

Raphaël Hertzog 295a26824a Move back all wallpapers into /usr/share/backgrounds/kali/ 
Thus we don't need to change anything to kali-desktop-base. Add
bin/kde-symlinks to help generate the symlinks for the KDE wallpapers.

Raphaël Hertzog ccbdff23f5 Add the logo-text and logo-text-version variants as symlinks to logo.svg 
logo-text is meant to be a version of the logo with the full name
and our logo includes the name already.

logo-text-version is meant to include a version of the release but
we are a rolling release (and the version changes too often) so it
dosn't make sense to hardcode any version here either.

The goal is to not break ARM images using vfat for /boot while
still providing the theme in /boot so that it can be available
even when /usr/share/ is not available.

Raphaël Hertzog dd596eac9f Move all files installed below /usr/share in the same directory 
Also move the grub theme to /usr/share/grub/themes/kali/ as installing
files in /boot/ is problematic on arm where /boot is often a vfat
partition that doesn't support hardlinks as required by dpkg.
