btrtile: update patches for main
...
- Refactored the resizing logic to work with the changes in main
branch.
- Replaced the fixed resize_interval_ms throttle with a pending flag
set from motionnotify() and applied once per output frame from
rendermon(), so the resize update rate follows the display refresh rate.
