pass the object to LISTEN_STATIC handlers

wlroots 482d6e53 stopped passing the surface to the idle inhibitor
destroy and surface commit signals, which made destroyidleinhibitor()
and commitpopup() dereference NULL. Store the object in the listener
instead.
